Hello Wallflowers,
Recently, I went with my school to the Peak District camping. Obviously, I didn't bring my normal makeup so I thought it would be a good idea to share with you what i did bring if any of you are going camping or to a festival or simply just want an easier makeup routine.
Garnier BB Cream (£12.99) & Soap and Glory, Kick Ass Concealer (£10)
This concealer is perfect for travelling with two different shade concealers in, a translucent setting powder and sponge and a little mirror. You have everything you need in one. I use the darker and lighter shade under my eyes then the darker shade on any blemishes. The BB cream is very moisturizing and light weight as we don't really want to wear foundation in the heat. It is slightly on the shiner side meaning you do have to powder which is great with the concealer.
Maybelline Rocket Volume- Waterproof (£7.99) & Rimmel Eyebrow Pencil- 004 (£2.99)
Mascara is obviously an everyday must have and can make you look more awake and this one gives you lots of volume, meaning you won't need an eyelash curler. This is also the waterproof formula meaning that you won't get panda eyes. Eyebrows frame your eyes like hair frames your face so filling them in makes you look more put together. With the brush at the end, this pencil is perfect.
Soap and Glory Eyeshadow Pencil- Velvet Pink & Brownie (£7.99) & Rimmel Eyeliner- 005 Nude (£3.99)
If you still want a bit of colour on your lid, this eyeshadow pencil is perfect as it comes in 3 different colour sets with two different shadows in. The lighter one in this set is called Velvet pink and is a perfect lid colour whilst the Brownie colour can be used in the crease or even as a liner. This cuts down on the sizing and because of the formula, you can blend with your finger. The nude eyeliner is perfect for brightening up your waterline and opening up your eyes without looking as harsh as a white eyeliner.
Revlon Lip Stain- Honey (£7.99) & Nivea Hydro Care Lip balm
Have a look at the second post on this blog as there is a full review for the Revlon lip stain but I thought this would be a great product as it means you don't have to reapply it often. It has a long lasting, natural colour. The lip balm is obviously just to keep your lips moisturized and also has SPF 15 which is fantastic if you are outside a lot.
Sorry this post was up so late again but I got back a bit late on the Sunday. Hope this gives you some ideas
Love
